How does it work?
It's easy as 1, 2, 3, 4...

1. Getting started
- We'll guide you through the information you need to send us, such as your Carer's rate of pay and typical working hours.
- We'll work with you to find the best plan for you and your family, based on whether you want to pay your Carer weekly, fortnightly, monthly or 4-weekly.
- You can enhance any of our plans with optional services of Access NI checks and employment contract services.

2. Setting up
- Our team will get to work setting you up on our secure cloud-based payroll system.
- We'll register you as an employer with HMRC and help you set up a Direct Debit between you and HMRC.
- We'll enrol your Carer in a pension scheme (if eligible for auto-enrolment).

3. Managing Payroll
- Once you are set up, we'll deal with HMRC on your behalf. You’ll never have to field another HMRC call or letter again related to your Carer's employment.
- We'll issue a payslip to your Carer each pay period and a payroll summary to you.
- All you need to do is pay your Carer the NET figure on the payroll summary sheet that we provide each pay period.

4. Ongoing HR advice and support
- Our service doesn't stop there. We are on-hand with unlimited advice and support if you need it and can guide you on matters such as annual leave, sick leave, public holidays.
- You'll enjoy anytime access to the members' area of our site where you can manage annual leave requests, view pay summaries and make any changes.
